¶1 In this appeal, we are called upon to determine whether the sentencing court erred by failing to apply the mandatory sentencing provisions of 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6317 once the defendant was convicted of drug dealing under 35 P.S. 780-113(a)(30) and it was determined that the location of the drug deliveries was on "the real property on which is located a . . . playground." We hold that the sentencing court did err in its interpretation of section 6317 and, therefore, we vacate Campbell's sentence and remand this case to the sentencing court to apply the mandatory sentencing requirements provided by 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6317. *fn1
